Isn't it possible to just get money from paypal instead of a prize?

could be easier but weres the fun in that. that'll be just like paying people to post and refer, instead we get lost themed stuff!
i like this much better.
only problem is dude is that wered u live LS-SAM because if its UK and u have to send it to the US its gonna cost allot and also that whole dvd region thing with pal and ntsc

I agree with drdexxy. It's a Lost forum, so it makes sense that the prizes are Lost related.

What region are the DVD's anyway?

Yes, the contest was created to attract LOST fans to the forum, not people who want to make some quick cash. The DVDs are bought from the UK, from HMV. I'll have to check the region details to be sure though. (i think it might be all regions, i don't know much about dvds!)

right well if it was bought in HMV the ones ive got from there are region 2's so there UK but to check go to the back of the dvd case and were it tells you information like: run-time, widescreen enabled, dolby digital 5.1... and all that there should be a box with rounded edges and inside it a picture of a globs with a number in the middle.
i dont know all the number codes but i know a few:

0 = all regions
1 = Canada and the US
2 = Middle-east and Western-europe (i think)
3 = Hong Kong and South Korea
4 = (no idea)
6 = China
7 = (dont even think it exists but because theres and 8 surley theres a 7)
8 = the ones that planes use for in flight entertainment
(i know they get there own region!!! i spose its because there strictly like above all these places so... lol)
